My MEAL PLANS are a perfect option if you DO NOT have experience tracking macros, nor have the time to log what you eat. My meal plans do NOT require tracking with an app such as My Fitness Pal. I do the work for you!
I first create your macro count, then design a written custom meal plan, designed to hit YOUR specific macros. When I make an adjustment to your Macro Count, I also adjust your meal plan and recipes to reflect your new macro count.
My meal plans are NOT your typical basic cookie cutter meal plan. Instead, I design a unique meal plan that teaches you how to build your meals, and/or how to select a custom recipe for each meal, (or even simple grab & go combination of foods) in order to hit YOUR Macro Counts.
My plans can be designed to accommodate special requests at a slight upcharge fee (ex: Gluten Free, Dairy Free, egg free, meat free, pescetarian, intermittent fasting, pre-natal, post-partum and more).
