Hi There! I'm Tara. I have been a Health Coach for over 13 years, transforming the bodies of thousands of women and men. My mission is to allow my clients to achieve their Health & Fitness Goals without restriction, providing them with a sustainable method. I am passionate about educating my clients on balance and long-term sustainability, providing them with realistic methods in order to achieve their goals without restriction. My own personal fitness journey and transformation has molded me into the Athlete and Coach I am today. Why/how do you ask? I HAVE BEEN IN YOUR SHOES! Losing over 100 pounds, not only once, but twice in my life, has taught me how to transform my body and my MIND. Health & Fitness were never originally part of my lifestyle. I was not genetically blessed with a lean physique that was comfortable with or felt proud of. After many failed attemps to “a better me,” I learned that in order to achieve my fitness goals and gain the confidence that I had only dreamt about, transforming my mindset & lifestyle were just as important as transforming my physique. Allow me to show YOU that it is possible to achieve your fitness goals without restriction. There IS a better way! ELITE Transformation Program

This one on one Premier Coaching program is designed to set clients up for a complete transformation. Clients will receive an in depth program providing them with extensive knowledge and life changing tools for success, throughout their Health and Fitness Journey. Unique to the Elite Transformation Program, clients receive virtual check-ins through video or a phone call, either weekly or bi weekly. Clients also get direct messaging access to Tara 7 days a week. Duration: 12 Weeks or 20 weeks Throughout the program, clients will receive customized Macro Nutrient Goals and necessary Macro Adjustments, as well as a personalized meal plan and menu designed to fit their unique macro goals. Unique to the Elite Program only, clients will receive a personalized weekly menu and optional weekend menu designed to fit their needs. Clients will receive a customized progressive strength training program, in addition to allocated cardio workouts. Also unique to the Elite Transformation Program, will also receive a personalized Wellness Stretching Program, as well as virtual check-ins through video or phone call. Both Health and Fitness were never originally part of my lifestyle, nor was I genetically blessed with a physique that I felt comfortable with or proud of. In order to achieve my goals and gain the confidence that I dreamt about, I realized that transforming my mind and lifestyle was just as important as transforming my physique. Losing over 100 pounds, not only once, but twice in my life, has taught me how to not only transform my body, but transform my MIND. Now, you may read that and think," wow, TWICE, she lost 100 pounds, twice, neat." But then again, not so neat. If I lost weight successfully the first time, WHY and HOW did I gain it all back? Good question. The answer, and one I am not proud of, RESTRICTION. I first learned how to transform my body through a method of restriction, limiting and avoiding specific foods in order to achieve the physical results I craved. I limited dairy, processed foods, refined carbohydrates, and even FRUIT. I saw the results, so I stuck with it, no matter how unhappy I was. Looking back, I am embarrassed of the "bad food labeling" and negative behavior that I demonstrated. With lots of time, extreme accuracy and consistency, I developed a physique I was very confident with. I met my husband in the gym and we both enjoyed living this fit lifestyle together. About 7 years later, I was blessed to become pregnant with my first born. I stopped exercising (for no medical reason or suggestion), and my pregnancy was filled with over-the-top decadence. I felt that I "deserved" the decadence, since I drastically restricted what I allowed myself to consume prior. This practice of restricting then binging, not only led me to gain the weight I had lost back, but it left me with a very confused and negative relationship with food. I had to learn the tools for success ALL OVER AGAIN, transform my body, and my lifestyle. This time around, I was able to transform my body through consistent proper training and flexible and Balanced Nutrition through COUNTING MACROS. I did not limit food groups; I did not deprive myself of what I wanted. I learned how to fit my favorite foods into my daily diet with moderation. Once I realized how amazing I felt both aesthetically but mentally, I felt so foolish of what I had previously practiced. With continued accuracy, consistency and TIME, this balanced and flexible approach felt automatic and like second nature. Years later, I was blessed to become pregnant with my second child. I was able to enjoy a fit, healthy pregnancy the second time around, and I was proud of my physique at all stages.

If you are a picky eater, that is NOT A PROBLEM! All you need to do is be as specific as you can while completing your New Client Form. My plans can be designed to accommodate almost any special request. Specific limitations will require an upcharge (ex: free of gluten dairy or eggs, pescetarian, intermittent fasting, prenatal, postpartum). Upcharges start at $25 per request per month.

If you looking for a restrictive plan that cuts out specific foods and/or food groups, you came to the wrong place. My plans are rather detailed, providing you with a large variety of options & recipes, in order for you not to feel deprived or restricted. I am 100% AGAINST Food Restriction, and I am very passionate about showing my clients a sustainable method to reach their goals, and KEEP the body of their dreams.

The customized recipes that I create in my plans include both single serve recipes and family sized recipes. Most of my recipes are very basic, simple and quick options to prepare. My clients find my recipes to be extremely helpful, compared to building a meal from the provided food lists with food measurements, which you will also receive. I also have several digital E Cookbooks available for purchase on my website.

You will check in via the TaraFFit app, or email your first check in, ONE WEEK after completing your first full week. Weekly Check Ins are the client’s responsibility, in addition to following their plan to the best of their ability. Without knowing a client's progress, I can not adjust macros accordingly. Macros will need to be adjusted when one plateaus or stalls, therefore having proper updates is essential. If emailing your Check Ins, please fill out the Weekly Check In Form that was share via Google Docs, or copy/paste the text into an Email.

No. You may move the meals around to different times a day, as long as your daily intake is the same. Ex: if you wanted to have your Bedtime Snack earlier in the day, you may do so, as long as you are not having that snack twice.
